A “Paperless” Retina Practice for the 21st Century
RACS is a fully digital “paperless” retinal practice. All patient charts and documents are digital files that are backed up every day on multiple data storage tapes. All imaging studies (such as retinal photographs) are digital and can be viewed on any computer display monitor in or outside of the office, e-mailed to patients and other physicians, or printed.
All patient demographic and clinical information (including diagnostic imaging studies) is entered into computers located in every room. At any time Dr. Bynoe can securely access this information online and can quickly deliver it anywhere.
